Good job, man. I've actually only seen two of those movies (Street Fighter & MMT). Pretty much summed up my thoughts as far as MMT. Vinnie Jones was indeed a creepy ass hardcore bastard. The Ted Raimi cameo was a nice touch. The love story was tripe & the blood alternating between squibs & digital got annoying. As far as Street Fighter goes, it's a good thing Sonny Chiba never fought it out with Riki-Oh since he'd get his upper torso kicked straight the fuck off. Riki-Oh is so Looney Tunes violent that the closest movie I could compare it to as far as Western cinema would be Dead Alive. I'll have to check out those other films sometime.

I thought comment #2 was directed at me at first, and given the points I was ready to groan at my own naivete. Thankfully I wasn't the semi-retarded one there.

Just saw this steaming pile of filth. Don't think that "120,000 votes" is a sampling of the American Public. That's your number of "Truthers" and wack-head liberals right there, squawking and making fools of themselves. I had read that even Grant Moore said himself that the film really missed the point and he didn't appreciate the modern day preachiness, but Moore is still lib, too.

But, good review, and nail the point home. Just look V for Vendetta's ticket sales and you'll get a better idea of what the public thought of it. If it wasn't a Truther who went to the film, it was someone who has an honest interest in FX, action, and some escapism. I was one of those.
